The day of install. Air handler wasn't properly installed. Called home serve for a problem of a lot of condensation.They sent derek one of the top Technicians Remodified the Plymouth. SoAir handler can fit into the PAN correctly. Did a fantastic job.

Home Serve has been my number one service plan group for a number of years. My first encounter with them was with a drain issue and they immediately responded and made the repairs within several days due to parts that had to be ordered, but did a great job including with the clean up, as if they were never there. Recently had work done to my AC unit leaking water, one call and repaired the very next day. I have recommended them to family and friends with 100% approval.

I purchased a new furnace, evaporator coil and air conditioning unit from Homeserve and had them installed by Homeserve. A solid 10 across the board. The sales rep was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain all the details. He was very personable and responsive. The installation technicians were on time, completed the installation with no problems at all, and left the house as though no one had even been there. I cannot say enough about how smoothly this went. Thank you very much, Homeserve!!!

Amazingly fast service! On Tuesday night I scheduled an appointment for next day, Thursday, as required. On Wednesday morning local team called me and offered immediate service - and completed it, fast and clean. They replaced the water heater and take the old one, all for very reasonable price.Great job, guys!

Replaced my 10 year old 50 gallon AO Smith a new one. On time. Done in about an hour. Courteous. Clean. Was careful to make sure no gas or water leaks at the new connections. Took the old tank with them.

Great Monthly Fee. Great Customer Service. They come with in hours of a service call and always do a great clean job. We recently noticed that the temperature in our house was starting to drop on its own. When we checked cool air was coming out of the vents. We immediately called Homeserve and explained the situation, and a technician was dispatched to our home early the next morning. The technicians name was Mike, and he tested the system and was able to fix the problem right away. Mike, was very professional and he explained the problem to us. He told us what was going with the system, and he explained it in a way that we were able to understood. We're glad we have a heating and cooling contract with Homeserve.

On both occasions technicians did a great job (Gene, Mike, Jose) did a great job and they came right away.PFB two (2) problems unrelated to technicians that need to be addressed ASAP:(1)But as I have told the parts department on numerous occasions that the parts vendor they use gives us defective inferior parts and their parts vendor must be replaced effective immediately: for example in less than a month, same parts (flywheel and motor and another part) broke and had to be replaced. We had to sleep with our coats (it was very cold at that time) until technician came and replaced parts.(2)The website is a disaster: It will not allow me to make appt (says there are no appts 3 months into the future) and then I have to play with their telephone script so as to speak with customer service agent to make the appointment manually. Note that I have 3 medical emergencies in my house so when furnace breaks it's always an emergency until it's back up and running.

I had an issue with one of the zones in my home as well my expansion tank bladder broke. This causing the heat to be shutdown. HomeServe was there first thing in the morning and the technician (Verdija) quickly assessed the issue. He replaced the expansion tank and bled the system. He also called in the plumbers to replace one of the circulating pumps. Signing up with HomeServe was one of the best decisions we made.

The Homeserve service for our heating system started beautifully with the appointment making process. Later, when the engineer came he was able to get our system up and running within an hour. He pointed out the part of the system flooded the electronics, and that after several cycles, the computer might fail again. He would try to order a new circuit board. The following Monday, a supervisor came by to see if the system was still running. He determined that there was no permanent damage and the new circuit was unnecessary. It’s been nearly a month and the system is still at it! Thank you, Home Serve, for your professionalism and commitment to care!

It was easy to make an appointment. Homeserve kept in touch with me about the appointment. The technician gave me alternatives for my water heater, which needed to be replaced. The Homeserve team took away the old water heater and and installed the new one very quickly.

Mike, Vin and Peter did a terrific job installing my HVAC system! They were very courteous and respectful of us and our property. They used clean drop cloths to protect the new rug . Mike advised us on how the system works and what type of intake grille to purchase (no one ever mentioned this grille before Mike did). Vin patiently instructed us on how to use the new thermostat. Peter made sure everything was cleaned up. What a great team! Also, many thanks to the Home Serve Tech, Eugene, for making us aware of the leasing program in the first place (didn't know a thing about it until he told us), and thanks to Brendan, Sales Manager, for spending the time to explain the leasing program and answer all our questions. Thanks to Maria for scheduling our installation; she is a lovely lady. Everyone one of these people mentioned is so respectful and knowledgeable; it was a pleasure dealing with them all. Subscribed and made an appointment, they came quickly, cleaned the hvac and gave me some advice on a piece they thought needed replacement. A person came the following week and fixed it. I feel it's well worth it to have the service.

The job done was completed to schedule especially given the current heat wave. However, I would like to recommend just a few tiny adjustments: 1. Please clean up spare wire clippings, tapes, and stray (black) adhesive stuck on the floor. 2. Please wear shoe coverings because technicians are constantly trudging from the outside to the inside of our homes. 3. Please put garbage in the garbage (e.g. stray water bottles) and leave the toilet seat down

Although I am not on Staten Island any longer, I still have my HOME SERVE contracts and when I realized my hot water wasn't getting HOT, I called for service. The gentleman that came, completed the inspection of the hot water heater and immediately determined that what I needed was a new thermostat and dial in the hot water heater, and not a replacement of the hot water heater. He changed the part and within 15 minutes, I had hot water again. I can't say enough about Home Serve, They came the day I requested and were right on the money as far as a diagnosis and repair.

I have to admit I was dubious about HomeServe, but they came through.The tech they sent, Chris, was pleasant, explained what he was trying and why. He had to replace some parts, but eventually he got the pilot on the water heater to relite and stay lit.I would recommend their service.

The Technician Stephen arrived on time.He diagnosed my issue immediately and explained the issue to me in detail.I agreed to have the issue resolved even though there was an extra charge not included in my service plan.Stephen fixed the problem and let my A/C run to ensure the problem was resolved before he left.I would recommend Stephen to anyone requiring service from Home Serve.In the event another issue may arise with my A/C or Heat I would like Stephen to take my job number.He was very polite and explained things that needed to be fixed in a manner that I would understand.Please recognize that Stephen is an asset to your company and should be praised by Management.Service with employees like Stephen will help increase your customer base.I would recommend your Company to anyone needing service because of this visit.Thank YouLinda Falotico

To be honest with you, since my family joined HomeServe, & it’s been a couple of years with my parents home, my daughter’s home & my home, not 1 bad experience. On October 23, 2023, I spoke with Tanya and specifically informed the young lady that I wanted coverage for a tune-up on my heater aka boiler. I also obtained interior plumbing and gas line. The young lady informed me that I would have to wait for 10 days and I called on November 2, 2023; and was informed that I don't have coverage for a tune-up. I called on November 2, 2023, and was informed that my plan does not cover the tune-up. I requested that a supervisor call me and no one did. I called again today November 3, 2023, and spoke to Logan, who was very professional was trying to get the issue resolved. Specifically, he was trying to get the 10-day time period waived, because I need to cancel and purchase a new plan that would cover the "tune-up". Long story short he sent an email to Britany requesting the waiver she said that she is not inclined to believe me and that the original call had to be pulled. I requested that the phone call be pulled because I specifically remember that Tanya told me to call her on November 2, 2023, to schedule the tune up. It is insulting to think that Britney believes that I have nothing better to do then lie about this. *******Update the Secretary of the Corporate HQ called me all resolved. Excellent customer service

Great service. However, one of the service technicians came out to my house and told me that it would take a week for the part to arrive. I called customer service to see if they could speed up the process because temperatures was supposed to to drop later that evening and I have a baby in the house. Somehow they got the part the same day and the problem was solved.
