The technician Alex who came to work on our water pressure was awesome! He was so knowledgeable, explained everything to my husband (whom asks A LOT of questions), very courteous, and made me feel very comfortable while I was home alone with my baby prior to my husband coming home. He also explained service packages very so I could get the most bang for my buck. Highly recommend!

Alex did a great job on maintenance on my ON DEMAND Hot Water heater and furnace. Changed required filters, made required adjustments and noted problems in the heating system that are be further inspected by his supv and claim will be submitted to the warranty company to get it repaired or replaced. Maintenance is a must on your appliances and critical system in Alaska due to the extreme temp we have. Kink Heating have some of the best technicians in the area and their maintenance programs are affordable and extensive.thanks Don

My husband and I purchased a three canister water filtration system and a reverse osmosis system from Knik Heating. It has been a pleasure working with everyone involved. Alex came to our home and tested our water. He went over various options to help with our water issues. Jeff, the technician who installed both systems was very knowledgeable and friendly. He ended up installing a new kitchen sink for us as well. He discussed what he was doing each step of the way. We have also purchased a furnace and new ductwork from Knik to be installed next month (review to come) and we plan on signing a routine maintenance plan to keep our new systems working efficiently. I would highly recommend Knik Heating from furnace to water to maintenance plans.We had all the ductwork and furnace replaced. Aiden and Mark were thorough, helpful answering my questions, and very pleasant professionals. Delivery recommend them!

My furnace stopped working on a Sunday, I called 3 different places and Knik were the ones that answered. The technician Aiden was at our house within the hour to diagnose the issue. Turns out our condensate pump had failed, and there were multiple leaks that could have potentially pushed carbon monoxide into the house. Anyways they are getting it taken care of, thanks Aiden!

They came immediately when I called with my serious emergency. Moving me to the top of their queue. Both of my boilers freshwater intake lines ruptured and soaked the entire boiler room with hundreds of gallons of water. Aidan's repaired the lines with skill and patiently dried out the electronics so we could restart the boiler.

Today our project with Knik is completed. We almost had the whole works replaced with both our upgraded tankless water heater and our furnace. Everything from the initial thorough interview to the final details were done in a very professional manner. Even when we had adjustments done that needed to make sure everything was running smoothly and after normal work hours, they attended to them. They have a very respectful, informative and positive crew working for them. They pick up and left our house clean. We will now continue with their yearly service to maintain everything. Heat wasn’t blowing through my vents, so I called Knik Heating and from the very second he answered the phone to the time he left my home Aidan was awesome! I can’t thank him enough for his help. The issue was my air filter all along, but it was a huge piece of mind having him take a look and walk me through everything. My experience was great! They did not come in as the lowest bid on our natural gas conversion project, but I trusted that they would provide me with the best service and quality work. They did not let me down! They did a great job with installing a new, high quality boiler system. There were a few glitches along the way with a big project like mine, but they were very responsive working through the issues and getting everything fine-tuned. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If quality workmanship, quality parts, honesty and responsiveness is important to you, you will not be disappointed.

These guys were booked solid but still got Kevin out in a couple hours to look at my dying water heater. He got it running again, and clearly laid out my options for repair. I ended up ordering a replacement water heater from them, and they installed it today. Installation was completed quickly and professionally. The office staff/dispatch were awesome as well. They provided me detailed and timely updates throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company.

As a member of your Precision Tune Ups program you came and did inspections on three units (furnace, garage heater and water heater) and finally did a whole home duct and dryer vent cleaning. Each of your technicians were on time, friendly, respectful and thorough in there job. Even the main office staff were great with rescheduling due to conflicts and also with the text/email reminders. Would certainly recommend your services.

Our 40 year old Rheem furnace's fan stopped running. Called service and techician came in next day. Zachary was very professional and he explained the options to get a new furnace or repair the old one. We decided to have him to fix old furnace but other option was also explained by him and by manager who visited worksite during repair. Parts were ordered and installed. Repair cost was less than expected and furnace is working again. Thank you for a great service and we look into replacement option later.

Kevin was incredibly helpful! Our water heater had been down for 3 weeks, and we’d already worked with another company who were unable to repair it and insisted we needed a new system. We called Knik Heating for a second opinion and Kevin had the water heater running again in an hour. He was friendly and professional, explained what was going on, and gave us helpful information about how our system was plumbed. We’ll definitely be working with him and Knik Heating again in the future when we replace our system.

Update/27 Nov 21I had a concern about all the codes that were popping up on our furnace but John D. Lyberger gave me the assurance that everything was fine. He took the time to correct a design flaw in the intake and out-take pipes (I guess that is what they are called) on the outside of the house so that one did not affect the other during these negative cold months. BTW, buy at least the Silver package that they offer you. I didn't know they did plumbing too. We've used these guys for years, but when I found out they did plumbing too, we had them do this while they were out here. They are always great with prioritizing. When our heater was out in the winter, they were out here the same day even though we told them we had a gas fireplace and boiled a huge pan of hot water and were not in trouble. They are so responsive and kind. Great group of people. This week we had Alex and then Tyler work on our plumbing and they were great! Highly recommend them.

The on-demand hot water heater quit working and they showed up very shortly after being contacted. Polite and professional. They showed us the problem, which was moths coming into the air intake and clogging things up with their little carcasses. We'll put on a filter to prevent a re-occurrence.We've been satisfied with their furnace maintenance for years, and will continue working with them.

My water heater was reaching the end of its life cycle. Knik came out to the house and ran through several options. Estimator was very knowledgeable and transparent. Crew was on time, courteous and professional. Installed a tankless water heater and softener. It’s been about a month since installation and no issues. Everything working like it should. Office folks are excellent communicators. I’ve been in the contracting business for over 30 years and Knik is one of the best all around contractors I have worked with. Great team and great value especially if you’ve got a busy schedule and just want the job done right the first time with no issues.

Our Water Heater failed while we were on vacation and Knik Heating came out right away and evaluated our situation. They were professional and explained things very clearly and we installed a brand new boiler for our home. They were a little more expensive than some competitors, but I felt their professionalism and standard installation features were worth the extra cost. Knik Heating was very quick to respond to any questions we had during the process of getting a new Furnace and Tankless water heater. The staff that came to the house to install these were very friendly and more than happy to explain everything that they were doing. The only problem that I had was not being informed of how long the process would take but when I expressed this frustration they were quick to call and apologize and explain what happened. They are extremely busy and yet they make you feel like you are the most important client they have. I will use Knik Heating for all maintenance and other issue we may have in the future for our heating needs.

I was impressed with John L's manner. It appears the job was done in a clean, professional manner. When I received the recommended work quotes, which included their prices, however, it did not reflect the discount I was quoted on the phone, which was a main reason for going with Knik H, as I had various quotes from other Co's. I will call the office this morning and find out if they will honor their discounted quote. If so, I will go ahead with the work they recommended as I feel they are a reputable Co. in the valley.
