Well let me just say today is a really bad day for your furnace to break high of 2 degrees. Slife not only had the Lennox part, on hand, they came out same day an repaired my furnace. No upselling, no scare tactics...just FAIR pricing, honest sevice an a very professional staff. This company is the real deal. I can't recommend highly enough that Slife be your first choice when you need help with your furnace. Thanks again Charlie!!

Day after Thanksgiving and i wake up to no heat. Called the office, gentleman who answered was SO nice. Aaron came and he was also a gem! Super nice and explained this and showed ne how to lite the igniter until they could order my part. I picked a needle out of a haystack and struck gold on the first try! I hope my furnace doesn't need replacing anytime soon, but if it does, I'm 99% sure I'm calling them to install it!

Called Slide heating &cooling on a recommendation from a friend. They met me at daughters house, told me what the problem was and explained what caused it. Two very nice gentlemen and talented technicians. I will definitely call them again.

Called Slife to repair humidifier on my furnace and to check out the entire unit. I told Aaron that I like to know how things work in my home. As he was leaving, he explained, in perfect detail, how it all worked. I also asked for an opinion on how the furnace seemed overall, since it is 16 years old. He went beyond just saying it was in good shape- he gave me statistics about how they measure the health of the unit. I never used Slife before, but I certainly will from now on.

Have been using Slife for years for annual tune-ups. They always provide friendly service. I recently had an issue on the weekend, and was able to schedule them for emergency service on short notice, and they got us back up and running. 5/5 recommend!

AMAZING! We've been having problems for a could of days with the furnace and it finally just stopped. Slife came out that day and showed me how to check for error codes and then fixed the problem. The price was beyond reasonable. I wish every business was amazing as Slife Heating & Cooling

Dave Slife himself came to my home with in an hour of my call. He is the best! He remembered putting our furnace in 27 years ago. He fixed the furnace and gave me tips on maintaining my radiators. I highly recommend Slife, especially to my fellow radiator heat friends. Thank you Dave! You have a new fan.

This guy named Jim from Slife heating and cooling came out to give us an estimate for getting the heating and cooling replaced and asked me what was going on. I explained the symptoms of our central AC then he went to check out the furnace and AC unit. At one point he said, "I'm not going to try to get your hopes up but it might just be a capacitor."He took it upon himself to take care of it and see if it works and it did. We had another HVAC company come out and they didn't question anything even though I told them exactly what happened to the AC as I did today with Slife. Our estimate for an AC and furnace from the other company was approximately 15K... Because of the honesty and integrity of this gentleman named Jim, we're going to get a bill, $99 service call plus the price of the capacitor. I tried to tip him $50 and he refused to take it. I am over the moon and I'm shaking I'm so happy.I will never call another company for HVAC work again!

Disappointed in my experience with Slife. My initial interaction was very positive; I requested an estimate on a full HVAC system replacement and had someone at my house within a couple of days to perform the estimate. The gentleman I worked with was pleasant and professional. Then he left and I never heard back. After a little over a week I reached out. No response. Fast forward over a month and I have tried emailing, calling, and leaving voicemails. About 10 different attempts to contact over a span of 5 weeks. I have tried reaching out to the tech directly and through the company's main phone number. Still nothing. I tried giving the benefit of the doubt during this crazy time of the year but unfortunately this has been utterly unprofessional.

Slife is awesome!! My heating went out on Christmas Day (terrible timing, I know) and my house dropped down to 46 degrees. I called Slife and Mark came right out and fixed the issue immediately. He was kind, knowledgeable and communicative. Their pricing was also very reasonable. Mark and Slife were a lifesaver during my time of need and I can’t thank them enough. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I went through 3 other hvac techs before calling SLIFE… the other 3 gave me the run around took forever started and didn’t finish, took advantage of my lack of hvac knowledge to drag out repairs…. This went on for a month and a half.And I called SLIFE and they came out and fixed my hvac in 2 hours.I highly recommend!

Fantastic, fast and thorough service! Woke up, 30 year old furnace was dead and house was cold. Friend recommended Slife. Called them at 8am, immediately spoke with a pleasant, real person who took the details and said a rep would be out within an hour... and he was! Problem resolved (minor, but showstopper) and tested 3x within an hour at a super generous price. And all this in the middle of “stay at home” too. Cannot more highly recommend Slife!

My heat went off early Sunday morning in January. Called Slife and the answering service was very efficient. A Slife tech called me within 30 minutes, asked the right questions, was hugely patient and, as it turns out, it was the battery in my thermostat. Problem was solved over the phone. They were very nice to deal with - as they have always been. Thank you!!!

Slife does our regular furnace and AC checks annually. However, recently we had a heat outage early one morning. Slife sent a repair person almost immediately. They were able to access our furnace though we were at work and resolve the issue quickly, but noted another problem at the time. They called for authorization to fix the problem but by the time we were able to return the call the technician had already left our home. Once we returned the call, the technician was immediately dispatched back to our home to complete the 2nd phase of the repair. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and was very reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Slife for all of your heating and cooling needs.
