My serviceman was Shane. He was very friendly and helpful. He took his time addressing my plumbing concerns ( sump pump - primary and back-up, clogged drains) and explaining how how the dumps worked. He put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable proceeding forward with new pump installs and becoming members. We will definitely use Sobieski in the future.-R. Williams

Shane M. was very professional and personable. We had the floor tile replaced in our laundry room and needed the hot water heater removed first thing in the morning and reinstalled the next day. Shane arrived on time both days and was considerate and careful while working in our home. He took the time to explain what he was doing and told us how long it would take to complete. The quality of service was excellent. I cannot comment on the value because the builder is handling the costs.

The plumbing work had to be disconnected from the kitchen counter for kitchen counter repairs. This required a great deal of coordination between the trades. Sean was outstanding During this coordination. He was on time for the removal and the reinstallation. Sean was absolutely professional. He took great care protecting the areas around his work. And his work was impeccable. Great people make great contractors. I would definitely use and suggest Sobieski again based on this experience.

Ryan came to the house to conduct an annual water / plumbing check as well as to fix my leaky faucet. As always, great service. Arrived on time. Very professional. Did the check explained things thoroughly and fixed my faucet. I love this company. All of their employees are so helpful and the service is so reliable. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Josh came to fix our hot water heater and gave me two options and price points to choose from. We opted to replace the entire water heater and he was amazing. So quick and efficient, but the weather heater was damaged. He got another one out immediately and swapped it out just as quickly. I am so appreciative for his knowledge, thoroughness and guidance.

This was an emergency situation. We did not have any heat and the temperature outside was below 20° for two days in a row. We got in touch with Sobieski and the staff and the technicians did a wonderful job taking care of us so that our furnace is now fully operable.My wife and I were very pleased with the service that we received to repair our furnace. The technicians as well as the support staff did a good job of keeping us informed, advising about the extent of repair required, and also getting the work done in a timely manner. Mike was great! He was very helpful & informed us about certain details on both of our units. He was very thorough in the maintenance of both units and he made some very good suggestions at the end of the appointment for additions that would enhance the units and their performance. Tyler B. were Friendly, Professional and very efficient service guy i can think of..He came on time as scheduled with mask on and courteously explained to me what he’s going to do with our inoperable ac; even used shoe cover when entering our house..I asked for ac service only but he goes and beyond to the next level when he check and made sure that heater furnace is also working in conjunction with what he came to work with in the first place..Recommend other options to install to my Hvac to make it more efficient and desirable air circulation we should get inside the house..First time we asked services with Sobieski and they delivered… Highly recommend!

DJ turned my negative experience with company into positive. He entered my home with professional and determined attitude to correct the issues I was experiencing and make sure my system was working as it should and that I was happy customer. DJ was professional and courteous. He respected my home from start to finish of servicing. DJ was very knowledgeable and also admitted to not being familiar with my thermostat but determined to correct the issue at hand.

The experience was very good. I was notified (text, email, and phone) 15-30 minutes before arrival. I was kindly offered new products. The product's value to me was explained in detail and given the option to install the product that day or wait. I consider that a quality of a mature company that is not constant pressuring product. Mike did an excellent job explaining my issue and options how it will get resolved short term and long term.I do see a nice improvement from previous experience when it was not clear from the scheduler on phone how things would play.Very good and reasonable experience. I don't have enough experience to know how good a value for the money.

Our Technician, Don Kerr, was AMAZING!!!! He really took the time needed to assess, repair, and explain everything that was going on with our system!! The knowledge he has is incredible and you can tell he valued being able to help us and we weren't just 'a stop on his day'. Just an overall great person on top of being the best guy for the job! In need of replacing a 20 yr. old HVAC system we requested bids from several companies and were introduced to the Sobieski team through Costco's services offering. From start to finish they were professional and responsive- and combined with Costco's incentives with their membership and proprietary credit card rebates, along with a 15% of total purchase price Costco shop card- we realized a solid value. Sylinea at the office was informative and response through the scheduling and bid detail communications. The installers Kevin and Angel did an excellent job providing a clean installation which was minimally intrusive. We've done some significant remodel and repair work with multiple properties and have seen many shortcuts and careless installs done when we were not staying on top of every step. Not the case here. This job involved a relocation of the exterior condenser and the team completed the removal of the old and placement of the new very cleanly.

Sobieski was able to provide same-day service in response to an urgent request. Chris P was very professional and courteous. He proactively placed floor protectors on his shoes before entering our home. Chris took his time to clearly and thoroughly explain everything to us. He completed his work efficiently. Chris is obviously a very knowledgeable and experienced HVAC technician. If and when we need services from Sobieski again in the future, we'll request Chris P if he is available.

Sylinea is very professional and efficient. She replies emails very fast and list the detailed setup for the system. Whenever I asked some questions, she will try her best to give me the answers I wanted. The technicians also did an excellent job installing the HVAC. I am 120% satisfied with their service! Sobieski was quick to respond to my heater issue and was able to send someone out on the same day of my call. This was great because of course my heater stopped working just after a snowstorm and with temperatures well below freezing. My technician DJ quickly identified the issue and was able to fix my heater, while also taking time to explain my heating system to me. I will absolutely use Sobieski again in the future!

DJ was extremely professional and polite. He repaired my furnace and installed a new thermostat while explaining what was wrong along the way - Very knowledgeable individual. Hired for installing the whole house water filtration system. Josh and his accomplice were very professional and did the quality job, explained everything clearly. Much appreciated and would highly recommend them.Small thing; asked for a quote on another plumbing related project at home, got the quote at very high price, high enough to say I didn't want hire for that job :-) may be they will comeback with a more reasonable one next time.Thanks so much for the job well done.

I am extremely satisfied with this company.Very knowledgeable technician. Very professional and courteous. He explained the repair to me very thoroughly and made me realize how important it was to maintain equipment at least twice annually. This is the second technician from this company that has visited my home and he was excellent, professional, and bery efficient, just like the other guy Who came the last time. I had a Lennox Heating and AC optimum system installed by Sobieski. I was sent an email with the monthly specials and contacted Sobieski. Devin D. the sale person who showed up not only gave me the deal I seen but also included other specials that I did not know about which saved me around $4,000 dollars. The crew that installed the system was very professional, and customer service ordinated. Kevin one of the technicians made sure I understood the system and made sure I was pleased with the service. the unit is working great. I would recommend the unit and using Sobieski.

We built a brand new house with Ryan Homes, and we could not feel any heat coming into our third floor. Ryan Homes set up an appointment with Sobieski, and DJ from Sobieski was the tech assigned to the issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire HVAC system. He resolved the issue within 30 minutes and once again walked me through the system to help ensure I wouldn't have the same problem in the future. I cannot recommend Sobieski enough, and I want to commend DJ on an excellent job.

I cannot say enough kind words about DJ and Lauren. Lauren was our scheduling liaison and she was responsive and helpful. DJ was our tech and he was knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and most of all actually cared. He fixed our unbalanced heating issue and made sure to show me everything he did. They rearranged their schedules and came out earlier than they normally do to accommodate me. They went above and beyond and I could not be more satisfied with the service I received!!! Mike did an excellent job diagnosing the issues with our humidifier. Fast service on a warranty issue. Called this morning and they were here by 1230. Technician was super knowledgeable! He fixed our issue and took his time to explain our damper system. Our heat went off suddenly and Sobieski was very responsive. We booked a repairman to come the next day. The office was great and keeping us up to date on when he would arrive. Don came and immediately assessed that our pressure switch was faulty. He didn’t have one on his truck so he drove into West Chester and got one, came back and installed it. A great experience and kudos to Sobieski. We are now nice and warm with temps heading into a low of 32 degree and we’re thankful for the heat!

My heating system was almost 20 years old and needed to be replaced. I got two quotes from local HVAC companies and was not impressed with their proposals. I decided to get a third & I'm glad I did. The other companies did not come close in comparison to Sobieski. They were very professional throughout the entire process and provided a higher efficiency system at a lower price. And the installation process was especially impressive. They arrived on time and the entire team functioned like clock work, staying long enough to complete the install of two new complete HVAC systems in one day. And they were respectful of our property - no sign that they were there when they were finished. Highly recommended.

I got a heat pump with a gas furnace back up. I contacted them through Costco. I had gotten 4 bids. Their bid was best overall.I needed a liner put in the chimney for the water heater. My oil tank will be removed 11/23.I was happy to have one company handle everything. The technicians were very nice and seemed extremely competent. They arrived about 9:00 and didn't get done until about 8:00. They cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend them.

I'm a long term customer for heating/AC . I have always received good quality service.This time was no acception.Josh ,assisted by a young man (who is strong as an Ox and very personable) were a real manifestation of teamwork. I have been the other half of two man teams in many jobs in my life . It is so important that they respect each other and communicate...even anticipate what the other needs to get the job done. This is very evident in these Men. It is clear that Josh is the lead. He is very knowledgeable and personable. Communicated with me at every step and had a clear plan to deal with my complicated situation , which had several layers of challenges. Josh and his partner, inspired confidence in me. They are capable and delivered quick resolution.I might add, that as a long term customer I did receive a discount on the services I required. Customer retention is important to Sobieski as a company. That seems rare these days. I would also like to compliment the contractor that Sobieski partners with to replace the water line from the street. They had to dig up my front yard, 45' from the house to the street to replace a leaking water line.The crew chief and Excavator operator was top notch. Josh oversaw the entire operation, and explained each phase of the operation. The excavation team left the site restored as much as possible, cleaned the dirt off the driveway and placed straw over the bare dirt to mitigate erosion.Very professional job.I highly Recommend Sobieski services for plumbing ,heating and A/C services.

The only reason I did not give a five had nothing to do with Chris. Your scheduling process is cumbersome and I had to schedule three times to get one appointment.

Took a lot to get anyone to respond and schedule an appointment. Communication was good once we finally got a response. Techs were good. They said they had to order the thermostat and hopefully they come back soon because it's 87 degrees outside and we have no ac upstairs.

The company has great technicians but the admin part is a pain in the a$$. When you call in you are ALWAYS put into a call-waiting queue where you get to spend several minutes listening to ads telling you how great Sobieski is. This is VERY irritating. Then the answering service picks up and promises a call back soon. Which doesn't happen. And they are expensive.Now here's the good news:Leon just installed a replacement oil pump and motor for my oil furnace. He's the best! Very knowledgeable with many years of experience.Cyrus installed a new garbage disposal unit. He was very friendly and professional and got the job done in no time. I've been with this company for years and have always been satisfied with the quality of their products and their service.

I called the customer service at Sobieski when the service men arrived to do the HVAC maintenance only and we’re on aware of the request for maintenance around the condenser in my front yard. The customer service rep advised Ed and he called me back a couple of hours later. I outlined the problem with him he verified the error and totally took care of it. The maintenance around the condenser was taken care of that same night. Ed listened!!!

Steve was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and effective in servicing our 2 units. He answered my questions completely and in detail, He truly respected our home being sure not to leave any evidence he was here performing his job both near the units and throughout the rooms he had to travel to test airflows. He was on time and very courteous. Would love to have him back as our rep on any future services.

We needed to replace our 11 year old Lennox HVAC systems that were installed with our home when it was built. Those systems needed ~$2000 of repairs and recharge of the old R22 (?) refrigerant, so we decided to replace them now.We came to Sobieski Services through Costco. Sobieski made appropriate recommendations, placed our order, installed the new systems, and helped us submit for the Costco and PECO rebates all within a week of our first call. The crew that came out worked from 8:30am until almost 9pm to de-install the old systems and install the new outdoor Lennox AC system and the indoor heater, coil, air cleaner, humidifier, and programmable thermostats. They were missing 2 small parts to fully complete the job, but came back another evening and worked until 9pm to finish.Good job, reasonable price. We recommend them.

Jennifer the customer service agent and Rashid the technician were both extremely friendly and helpful. I was a bit upset due to the initial appointment being canceled but they really took care of it and made sure the service was completed. Both were knowledgeable and realistic in dealings. Great service overall.

I would give 5 stars if the customer service reps had been more diligent about informing the technician that the necessary part should be picked up before coming to the site to fix the problem. Instead, the repair took an extra 3 days, which was a little frustrating. But the technician was super professional and explained everything that needed to be done as well as timing and costs. Interestingly, the company called me that afternoon to collect payment, which I explained I had already sent payment in response to their emailed invoice. The guy on the phone starts pressuring me to pay by credit card so I said, "I sent a check through the mail, it will arrive in 3-5 business days. I waited over a week to get my air conditioner fixed, so I think you should be able to wait 3-5 days to get paid for it." And I hung up.

I had Sobieski a few years ago then we built another home and moved! Told by the builder that we needed to use their contractor which is horrible! So we went back back to Sobieski! Jelly signed us back up very professional and detailed everything! Choose the plan which is great for me and I thank her she’s the best! So happy to be back with the best!!!

We had a great first experience with Sobieski Inc.. They were very responsive on the phone, and scheduling an appointment to meet our needs wasn't a problem even during this challenging time! The technician arrived when expected, and he was incredibly pleasant and professional. We were so impressed we went ahead and purchased a maintenance contract. They were recommended to us by a neighbor and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have AC or heating work done.

We Love having Sobieski Services keep our home comfortable no matter the weather. Steve E was the most recent Service Pro. It was the first time he had been to our home. He was very prompt (called ahead of time telling me he would be arriving on time.) He always put on his booties to protect our home - even though I said not necessary since I have a dog. Steve was keeping me posted as to what he was doing and went above & beyond when I needed 2 new filters . He had 1 left on his truck & went to go get me another one since he was out. Very professional, let me know what he did ,was very clean when he left. Not surprised though Sobieski is a very professional company! 5 Stars!!

I was very pleased with the HVAC service provided today by Sobieski! The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. He quickly diagnosed, estimated, repaired and installed the required items for our humidifier and electrostatic air cleaner.

Two years ago our install was excellent. Sobieski answers their phone, "How can I make you smile?" So tacky. Is that the worse thing about the company? Maybe. 5 stars if all employees were as great as the installers. I like the Lenox system we chose, but it's missing the air purification system I had on the old furnace. Now I have to pay for additional install. Should have all been done at once. In all honesty, I can't remember if it was offered. Waited 4 months for routine service appointment because I requested "morning". Tech arrived in afternoon, anyway.

The way I was kept informed as to date, expected time of service and the communication from the service personnel was terrific. Service person was very professional and seemed well trained. We had conversation about condition of my furnace that st level a layman could understand. Good job.

Purchased high efficiency Heating/HVAC system from Costco/ Sobieski partnership. Annual service contract and extended warranty coverage at huge savings on cost for the system. Quick installation and great follow up service. Substantial savings on Monthly bills for gas and electric.

The actual service was fine but not actually getting a time. The window of time I was given 7 AM to 7 PM is not a window I like. When I received a reminder call they said they would keep me posted on the progress of the service agent I never heard anything, at 2:30 I had to call to see if I was still scheduled. I told them I preferred a morning appointment. I was told they would call me a half an hour before they got here , I did get a call at 4:10 the agent told me he would be there in five minutes. I wasted a whole day waiting for them if I had gone to work I would’ve missed them because it takes 45 minutes for me to get home . I don’t understand why they cannot give you at least a 2 to 4 hour window when you make your appointment. I wonder what people do who cannot leave your work and make it home in 30 minutes or 5 minutes.

We also appreciated his advice on how to nurse the unit along temporarily until we made a decision on whether to replace the defective part or the entire unit. He deserves a 5 star rating.The 4 star rating for Sobieski is simply to state that their prices are high. We hired another company to replace our A/C unit because they offered quality work at a more reasonable cost.

However my most recent experience has completely changed my opinion. There customer service was easy to reach and extremely responsive. William, the service tech, did an outstanding job. He was courteous, explained all facets of what he did, and didn't try to push another product or service. I will definitely ask for William by name again.

I want to be fair about my review on this so I will give the pros and cons as I experienced them.Pros:1. They installed many of the fixtures and plumbing in my new construction home and only one of them had an issue.2. They are responsive as it relates to their Google reviews customer service. Cons:1. They are not 24 hours. They have a messaging service that takes message during off hours.2. Their warranty service time window was pretty bad for me. It was upwards of seven days for a sewer smell in the bathroom. (Ended up being a bad wax seal.)I can safely give it three stars for average service. It wasn't bad or good but rather just 'meh' overall and I wouldn't likely choose them personally in the future. However, others have had great experiences with them. I'm simply giving you my view of them from my experience.
