Account Executive – Strategic Business Development
Job Description:
We are looking for an Account Executive – Strategic Business Development to join our team! This
position develops relationships throughout the account, grows an understanding of that account’s
needs, goals, and direction, and then aligns our products and resources to help the account achieve
what they want. We are looking for a self-starter that takes control of his or her daily sales process and
continuously fills their schedule with strategies and tactics to drive new activities and new business. This
individual will work with a multi-million-dollar customer’s corporate team, their field technical team,
and their field sales team to gain mindshare and market share.
The successful candidate will stay laser focused on growing the residential cast iron and condensing
boilers business with one of our major plumbing distributors as their primary duty. There will be some
secondary duties with other business development activities outside of this major distribution account
as time permits. The successful individual will be well compensated for market share growth.
This is a full time, exempt position. This position will work from home with travel necessary to get the
job done.
