Customer Service Representative | U.S. Boiler Company, Inc. – Lancaster, PA 17603
U.S. Boiler Company is a leading manufacturer in the HVAC industry for home heating equipment, water boilers, steam boilers, hot water heaters, radiators, and boiler control systems. We are looking for a team player with a positive outlook to join our Customer Service Team. Our CSR’s deliver the highest level of customer support by answering inbound calls and emails, provide limited technical information regarding heating equipment and related parts, support a defined sales region and manufacturer’s representatives, follow up on purchase orders, and provide shipping updates and tracking.
The qualified applicant will have strong Microsoft Office and computer related skills, be a strong customer champion who delivers on commitments, is organized, skilled at prioritizing workload, and has the ability to adapt to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
A college degree or related coursework preferred, also knowledge of the HVAC industry, contracting and/or manufacturing a plus.
