I had E Dake come out to assist with a leaking ac drip pan. Mike K was my technician and was above and beyond helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Fixed the issue quickly and told me what to do to make sure it doesn't happen again. I'll be going to them from now on with any issues HVAC or plumbing. Mike K was the real deal. Living in an older condo unit, it took some time to figure out water shutoffs in the development. E. Dake was patient with the process and needed to make more than one visit to be able to do the work. They are friendly, helpful and efficient. I will use their business again if needed.

My AC stopped working just as the temps went up & 3 days before my scheduled maintenance appointment. I called the office, left a message & asked if there was any way to get me in the next day instead of having to wait 2 more days. The office put me on the cancelation list & by noon that day, they called me to tell me Mike K was on his way. Mike figured out the problem quickly & had the part on his truck to get it fixed then & there. I cannot recommend this company, or Mike, enough! Everyone I've come into contact with at E Dake knows their stuff!

I had a problem with my tankless water heater and had no hot water. Mike K came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. It was still under warranty and he got the claim going right away and the part was sent overnight shipment. The office kept me up to date on progress and shortly after the part arrived Mike came back out and installed it. Quick response, great service and Mike showed me everything he did. Would highly recommend.

My furnace quit working 2 days after Christmas. Ryan heating came out and told us it was going to be over a week before they could replace it. Another company said maybe over the weekend. But EDake was able to get it replaced and working within 24 hours of calling them. And when Mike found out we had a 5 month old baby at home. He called in for backup to ensure he got it done same day. Amazing company and amazing group of people. Looking forward to adding out AC u it from them this spring.

Dan did a great job at a reasonable price! I needed my toilet pulled to clean under it after the county blew out the lines on the street, causinga gross backup. I expected to do the cleaning, but Dan did it and was mindful of how I wanted it done. He was very understanding. The best part is that I have found a company that I won't hesitate to use again.

Just getting around to this post, but wanted to share my experience with others. I have a crawl space underneath my home where I had E. DAKE LTD come in and replace all my old steel pipe with new pvc pipe. DAN the Forman with his crew removed all old and replaced all new piping in around a half a day. When it was completed it was a masterpiece of work. New pipe, New drains, New everything. We found no leaks, and when they left my home the old pipes were removed and the work area was cleaned. I will give this company 5 stars out of 5. Very happy customer. THANK YOU E.DAKE LTD.

In most cases I enjoy surprises in my life, coming into my basement/crawl space to find water is not one of them. I called E. Dake at what I'm sure were after hours and he provided me truly wonderful customer care and some much needed peace of mind. They replaced a damaged base board register on my circulating hot water heating system. They also upgraded the heating system with a new motor and pump which eliminated a humming noise that I have had in the unit for several years. They also installed a unit that automatically eliminates air from the system making it more efficient. The service personnel were very professional and knowledgeable. I have used them in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

From the initial visit for the estimate through installation E Dake was top notch. Steven caught that our flue to the furnace needed replacement and that our chimney already had a liner when several other folks missed on one or both. The installation went great. Chris and Jake did an outstanding job of replacing our old water heater in a tight crawl space. They also fixed the leaking gate valve that is the hot water heater supply cutoff. They kept everything neat and clean. When they arrived I had asked them look at the gas line to the oven because the prior install left a four inch gap between the wall and the stove even with the trim piece. I wanted to get a quote on moving the gas line closer to the wall. Before leaving, Chris took one look at it and said he would fix it right now. A few minutes later and they had a ninety degree fitting installed and the unit flush against the wall! Outstanding service from this company. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be calling them in the near future for other projects!

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. They have helped myself and my family on numerous occasions and have never met a more professional, kind, and caring bunch of people. The person who answered the phone was efficient and detailed oriented which was amazing. Two different professionals have come on weekends and emergency type situations within only a few hours each time and fixed the problem. They are extremely reasonably priced as well. I had so many issues calling different plumbers and trying to get them to give me quotes or even actually come out to do the job. Great service and what a wonderful tech. Turned out none of us had noticed the fan was in the on position instead of auto, so our furnace was never turning off, boy did we feel silly. The tech made sure that was the problem and to top it off de declined to charge us for the call. What great service.

I had a leaky 10-year old combo boiler that needed replaced. I called places to look at it before calling E. Dake and was quoted at $7,000 ; $8,000 ; and $4,000 respectively. I knew there was no way replacing that tank should cost that much. So I called Home Depot and the guy they sent out said he was going to pass on the job because he didn't know anything about combo tanks! I then called E. Dake and they quoted me over the phone at $1,700, came out later the same day, and were done by 5:30pm. The guys knew what they were doing, did a great job, and were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to get a good job done at a fair price.

We had a branch line blocked and called a number of places. E. Dake was able to squeeze us in which is good because we couldn’t use our shower or sinks! They super fast, very nice, and very reasonably priced. Will absolutely call them again if we run into any other plumbing issues.
