Great service and fair pricing. Responded quickly to our call for an issue with our oil burner. Larry found problem and was able to repair quickly. We will definitely use Fairway again.

A week ago I discovered a leak from my oil tank after recent oil delivery. I was told by my oil company to address it right away, since any time there is a leak, the tank can rupture, and there is no way of knowing when, so it should always be treated as an emergency. Since I couldn’t afford to pay for the new tank out of my own pocket I applied for HERR program offered by HEAP.The company that was awarded the job was Fairway, thank God. I’ve had the best experience with this family owned company. Sarah and April, the ladies at the office, were extremely nice, kind and helpful to me. The day of installation of my new tank three young gentlemen showed up. They were extremely friendly and ongoing, we even cracked some jokes and had few laughs. Chris, who was the leading man was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions and explained scope of the job in every detail. He was very patient and very professional. So was AJ and the 3rd young gentlemen, whose name I didn’t catch (sorry). If I could give them 10 stars I would. The job was done to perfection, including cleaning the oil spill off my basement floor. Fairway will be my burner and plumbing service going forward. I am going to use their services for yearly tune and clean of my burner very shortly. If you are looking for a professional burner and plumbing service, look no further, call Fairway. I highly recommend them to everyone, and please believe me when I say this: YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. I can not thank you enough for your help and your expertise. I could not be happier 😊

I wanted to leave a good review because my experience with Fairway has been excellent. I was having issues with my tank and also needed burner service. My oil delivery company recommended Fairway.The first woman I spoke to, Sarah, was very helpful and patient as I explained what was going on. She set up service for the burner and told me she’d call back about the tank.When I called to confirm the burner service, she told me the tech would also help with the tank.Hank serviced my burner and helped troubleshoot the tank issues and he was very helpful. He was also patient and explained everything to me. The service was a good price and he didn’t charge extra for helping with the tank (which turned out to be very simple).The next morning we woke up to the oil burner not running. I called them and they called me right back and set up a tech to come back. Hank returned and fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. No extra charge, no hassle at all. It was simply a small air leak which can happen with under ground tanks. It’s been runny good since.I definitely will use them again in the future. I really had no issues. When I read some of the reviews after the fact, I was honestly surprised, so felt they truly deserved for me to take a little time to share my positive experience.

This company has been nothing but amazing! The two phone receptionists have been warm, patient, and accommodating to me at each hectic call I gave. The tech Larry was so kind and thorough as he worked. He patiently explained everything he was doing as I hovered over to watch! Fairway has gained a life-long customer in me! I’m selling a property on LI, and I live out of state, and a part of the sales agreement was getting the oil burner serviced prior to sale. I was going to be in town so called around, and had no luck. I was referred to Fairway, and Alex was extremely helpful and able to get me squeezed into the schedule the same week when I was going to be in town on a Saturday. Larry came out to do the service, and was thorough & friendly. I appreciate them being so accommodating and fairly priced.

Had no heat and hot water in our house. Fairway did an amazing job with their customer support in sending a tech right away. He came, addressed the problem and was fixed within 2 hours at a very reasonable price. Nothing but outstanding service from the office to the field. 10/10 would recommend they did an amazing job.

Used Fairway burner service many times for burner servicing. This time a plumbing issue. Pipe above my burner sprung a leak. Technician showed up when scheduled. Very fair and honest. Explained where the leak was coming from and fixed in about an hour. Minor problem that could have been alot worse and a lesser company might have taken me. Highly recommended. Technician communicated with me and grateful they got here, fixed problem and put my mind at ease. 5 stars every time.

Recently had a new boiler installed by Fairway. From start to finish, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The technicians answered all of my questions and did a beautiful job with the install. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be recommending them to everyone!

Fairway plumbing personnel kept all appointments made; initial inspection and proposal, review and discussion of estimate, and installation of high efficiency natural gas boiler.Fairway plumbing personnel where professional / courteous and responsive to my concerns as the customer.I have used Fairway Plumbing for gas services before, initial install, gas dryer & stovetop, and now high efficiency gas boiler installation.Quality reliable service 12 months a year is the level of service required for my home.

I have been dealing with fairway for a couple years and they are second to none with customer service, maintenance service, and now installing a new boiler completely. They have responded when I had an emergency promptly, and they were extremely helpful when I needed a new boiler and new the ins and outs on how to go about it. Chris and Chris came to install and they were polite, professional, and knew exactly what they were supposed to do and did it. The Job was immaculate. This company is reliable in every area and all of their serviceman are all polite and knowledgeable. I have no complaints with any area of business with them. Ask for Don, he helped out tremendously. Highly recommended and I say this because I have dealt with other companies and they were horrendous. Stick with the family owned and operated Fairway, they're exactly what you want. I've seen a lot coming from hurricane sandy and knowing people who lost it all, myself included, there are a lot of schiesters out there and this company is solid through and through.

My hot water heater went bad. I contacted Fairway, family owned local business, for a quote. They gave me a good price and completed the work the next day. I am extremely happy with the entire job. They went above and beyond with the install and made sure that the new hot water heater had a lifetime guarantee which the first company I used failed to do. Thank you Fairway!!!

This is a family run business who pay attention to every detail from beginning to end. I’ve used them quite a few times for both my locations and they have always represented themselves with professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. They go above and beyond to get the job done right taking no shortcuts. Their prices are very fair and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing , heating and air conditioning needs .

Had my boiler replaced two months ago. Fairway was was very professional. This was the 6th estimate that I got and I decided to go with it. The prices was not outrageous as some I’d received. I had 3 installers that set up and haul away very neatly. They left the place spotless. The job was meticulously done . I would definitely recommend to my friends and Family.

Like all consumers we get weary about hiring a repair company. We had a non working Rudd furance ( 8 years old) at the coldest spell so far this year. Yes at first I had my reservations but Robby the technician came and discovered the issue. He was excellent and explained everything he was doing. He went above and beyond.Fairway gets 5 stars because of Robby.
