We were extremely impressed with the professionalism that we witnessed today. Robert called when he was on his way and showed up exactly when he said he would. He went to the supply house after he identified the problem. He said I will be back in half an hour and he was. He was careful to make sure that he left the counter just the way he found it and did not leave on drop of water anywhere. Robert was courteous, kind and respectful. You will not be disappointed with this company. Job well done.

Joe Tull and Straight Plumbing came highly recommended and it’s easy to see why! Both occasions that I used this company they advised a rough time that they would available and both times were punctual and even notified me when they were on their way. When it came to their work...they explained completely what was needed and how they would complete the work. When the job was complete they again explained how they completed it, and tips for any future maintenance. A very professional outfit and would recommend 10/10 to anyone needing ANY plumbing work.

Noticed my Hot water heater had failed on Saturday afternoon. Called Straight Plumbing and Joe was at my house within an hour with a new heater installed in a blink of an eye..
